AVREN Labs is a brand operated from Chile by César Mario Cortés Verdejo. No incorporated company is represented by these terms. These terms describe the AVREN Labs website and the current AVREN Finance account experience.

Website and products

The website introduces AVREN Labs, AVREN Portfolio and AVREN Markets. Amanda is presented as the analysis assistant for AVREN Portfolio and Elena as the analysis assistant for AVREN Markets. Product descriptions do not guarantee availability or results.

AVREN Finance registration and access

Registration is open through Google. A valid Google identity may create one isolated personal workspace associated with that provider identity. Matching email addresses are not used by themselves to link separate identities. The user must use an account they are authorized to control and must not attempt to access another person’s workspace.

The user must be at least 18 years old and must make that declaration before continuing to Google. AVREN records the declaration version and time but does not collect a birth date or independently verify age through this flow.

Registration grants access to the private dashboard only. It does not create a paid subscription, advisory relationship, financial-service agreement or entitlement to connected products.

Current service limits

A new private workspace begins empty. AVREN Portfolio has no connected portfolio and AVREN Markets has no connected market sources or live analysis. The demonstration uses synthetic information and is separate from private accounts. The current experience does not enable contracting, payments, subscriptions, personalized recommendations, advisory services or execution of transactions.

Financial information

Portfolio- and market-related descriptions are general informational material. They are not a promise of financial outcomes and do not replace the user’s independent judgment or professional advice appropriate to the user’s circumstances.

Acceptable use

Users must use the websites lawfully and must not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, probe another user’s information, automate abusive traffic or misuse the AVREN Labs name, product names, identity or materials.

External services

Google and Cloudflare provide parts of the sign-in, delivery, security and storage experience and operate under their own terms and policies. AVREN does not control interruptions or changes made by those providers.

Suspension

AVREN may suspend an account when necessary for security, abuse, legal requirements or protection of the service or its users. Suspension blocks new login completion and existing sessions. It does not authorize use of account information for a new purpose.

Changes and account deletion

The service and these terms may change as the products are evaluated. Account deletion may be requested at cesar.cortes@avren-labs.com and requires verification through the email address associated with the Google identity. Deletion revokes sessions and removes the account and its isolated personal tenant data. Provider-controlled backups and security records may remain for periods outside AVREN’s direct control. Any future paid or operational service will require terms appropriate to that service before it is enabled.
